Porn Stars Get Behind Bernie Sanders

nsfw-blogIf you watch porn, it’s likely that your favorite porn star is going to vote for Bernie Sanders. In a recent survey, more than 15 of the most-watched porn stars “feel the Bern,” so to speak, including big names like Alana Evans and Sydney Leathers. Porn stars can get behind Bernie (no pun intended!) because he’s been an advocate for sex workers and has a strong stance on Medicare-for-all.

Sydney Leathers posted a meme of several candidates with different grade vibrators: Sanders was at the top with a Hitachi Magic Wand, while Michael Bloomberg was at the bottom with a clothing hanger. “I love when strange men online try to tell me I shouldn’t have opinions because I’ve done porn,” Leathers tweeted. “Sir, I’m able to be a cum dumpster and have opinions, just like your mother.”

Man’s 12-Hour Erection Possibly Caused By Too Much Weed

It turns out toking up might mean you can’t get it down. A man was recently treated twice in one month for prolonged erections that may have been caused by marijuana use. The first time the man’s boner lasted 12 hours after getting high; two weeks later it lasted for six hours.

Doctors diagnosed the man with priapism, or an erection that lasts more than four hours and is not related to sexual activity. The care-giving team said the otherwise-healthy man admitted to getting high several nights per week, which included a two-hour period of getting those tough-to-soften hard-ons. “Marijuana is a vasodilator so it could lead to over-dilation of the penile vessels,” says a urologist. They add, “Everything here is hypothetical until validated by research.”

Sex Guide To Philadelphia From 1849 Lists City’s Best Brothels

A pamphlet published in 1849 offers a guide to Philadelphia’s “gay houses” and brothels, which had reviews rating “the best madams and working girls” who can “make a man happy.” The pamphlet contained reviews of brothels and bed houses (rooms rented by the hour) for the 10,000 sex workers in Philly. It also had the names and addresses of landladies and madams, including the quality of the “services” that were offered.

One entry reads: “Miss Josephine Somers of 4 Wood Street, near Eleventh Street, who was described as an ‘accomplished lady’ and her brothel a ‘Temple of Venus.’” Men were also encouraged to seek the services of a Miss Mary Blessinton, who is described as a “young and beautiful creature” who “is as snug a lump of flesh and blood as ever man pressed upon his bosom.” The pamphlet even contained a map of the city which highlighted the brothels—some marked with the letter X to let clients know “a single visit might be the cause of utter ruin and disgrace.”

“Dick Pound” And “Bisexual Men Exist” Trend On Twitter

gaypo0rnThe name Dick Pound and the hashtag #BisexualMenExist trended at the same time on Twitter, and users loved it. The BisexualMenExist hashtag is fairly self-explanatory: a user created it to highlight the discrimination bisexual men face. Dick Pound, however, is a bit more unlikely—here’s a tweet that explains it: “IOC member Dick Pound says Tokyo Olympic organizers have until late May to see if the virus is under control. If not, ‘you’re probably looking at a cancellation.'”

Users noticed that the two hashtags, Dick Pound and Bisexual Men Exist, were trending at the same time—and of course, jokes and memes ensued. “The trending is extra freaky today: you got Dick Pound, Bisexual Men exist and something called Fat Tuesday trending,” reads a tweet. Another user wrote, “This sounds dirty and nasty AF lol ‘Dick pound fat Tuesday hot pockets.'” The stars have aligned!

The Precise Amount Of Time It Takes A Woman To Orgasm, According To Science

best_phone_sex_niteflirt_sex9A study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine used a stopwatch to measure the time it took women to climax—and found the magic number is 13:46 minutes. For eight weeks, a group of 645 women from 20 countries set their sexy-time stopwatches each time they got it on. Researchers found that only 31.4 percent of participants climaxed through penetrative sex, while 68.6 percent of the ladies needed some other form of action, including kissing, “light biting” or touching other body parts.

Some positions were more effective than others, with woman on top as the most popular for cumming— 42.2 percent of ladies said this was the most optimal for them. Relationship status didn’t matter either, since it took about the same time for both married and unmarried women to finish. Another interesting finding: women who wear socks during fucking can increase their pleasure.

Royal Family’s Website Accidentally Links To Porn Instead Of Charity

wtf-1780728_640The Royal Family was left red-faced when they learned their official website appears to have inadvertently sent users to porn instead of a charity. A link on the British family’s site, royal.uk, was intended to highlight a charity known as Dolen Cymru, a Welsh organization focused on aiding the southern African Kingdom of Lesotho. But the charity just so happens to share its name with a Chinese porn site.

“We enrich communities, link by link,” a description of the charity ironically states. Users who followed the link were met with advertisements for everything, from “rape incest porn” to “live sex shows.” Worst of all, the site does not use age-verifying filters, meaning the content could be viewed by anyone who clicked. Buckingham Palace, as well as the charity, was notified of the issue, which led the site’s admin to remove the incorrect link.

Indiana University’s ‘SexFest’ Features BDSM Safety And Sex Toys

feet-1095408_1280Indiana University is bringing sex positivity to campus with its fifth annual SexFest, an event organized by student-run Sexual Health Advocacy Group. The school is hosting several events and demonstrations throughout the week, including a BDSM Safety Panel that will feature “personal stories from individuals who practice BDSM.” The BDSM panel even includes BDSM practitioners explaining and demonstrating proper technique for flogging.

Other events include “Kick-off to Kink,” which focuses on a “discussion about desire and communication” and includes an appearance from a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Another event features a “Kink Workshop” where people are able to “browse educational booths demonstrating the use of different sex toys.” Indiana University says, “Our public health researchers have found some evidence to suggest that people are engaging in a broader range of sexual activities and as a result, it is the IU Health Center’s mission to make sure they practice it safely, following the BDSM community’s principal tenets of ‘safe, sane, and consensual.’”

Sex Tech Dominated CES 2020

71xB2L7SEiL._SY450_One year after CES banned and revoked the Innovation Award in Robotics given to Lora DiCarlo’s women’s pleasure device, the Consumer Technology Association officially agreed to allow sex tech onto the show floor—and sex tech companies didn’t disappoint. Innovations from the sexual health and wellness category breathed new life into CES, and helped to destigmatize sexual wellness. There was “Satisfyer,” making some of the greatest advancements in women’s pleasure unimaginably affordable and accessible.

“Morari Medical” showed off a wearable prototype that uses neuromodulation to solve premature ejaculation. “Come Play” not only brought a new couple’s vibrator with a revolutionary design aimed at solving age-old issues, but also announced an incubator model with toy company Doc Johnson to support more innovation in sex tech. “We’re just happy that we’re here and have been accepted as legitimate tech. And, honestly that we’re also being used as kind of a draw for CES,” said one of the sex tech innovators showing at CES.

Australia Is A Nation Of Porn Lovers

9741737763_d422cd07c8_zAussies really love their porn. Research has found porn viewing figures in Australia have tripled in just three years. Between 2014 and 2017 the online volume of traffic to Pornhub in Sydney soared by 205%.

A researcher who looked into the porn phenomenon found that lesbian-themed porn ranked as the most popular category in Australia. There was also an increase in the popularity of Asian and Japanese porn, and transgender porn. The researcher also found a surprising statistic: only 30 percent of Pornhub viewers are female. Just goes to show how popular lesbian porn is across genders—and the planet.
